Transform Your Life: Writing For Wellness is a transformative 7-week workshop that is designed to help you let go of your past, and discover new ways to manage stressful life situations. I will guide you through a progression of restorative writing exercises, that will help you heal in unique ways.
No writing experience is necessary to experience the benefits of the writing exercises. And the writing done is private, what is shared are participants reflections on the impact the writing is having on them, and not the content of what they've written.
Places in the workshop are limited to allow intimate interaction, so early registration is recommended.

REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY.
Payment for the workshop is required upon registration to confirm your workshop place. When your registration request is received, the payment details will be sent to you.
If you cancel your registration at least 21 days before the start of the workshop a full refund will be offered. If you cancel within 21 days before the start of the workshop a credit(not refund), will be given to you. You can use the credit to pay for another workshop/event of your choice. The credit has no expiration date, so you can use it at your convenience.
Although I will make every effort to ensure that workshops/events take place on the scheduled dates and time, I reserve the right to cancel if the minimum number of registrations is not met, that I require to host a workshop/event, or for any other reason. In that case, you will receive a full refund, or a credit if you prefer, that can be used to pay for another workshop/event.
No refunds or credits will be given for individual sessions missed.
